Content Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-18

1. Scope

This Content Policy sets out what you may and may not create, upload or distribute with this platform, whether you work in the browser or through the open platform API. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and it applies to your prompts and uploads as well as to the results you generate and to how you use them afterwards.

2. Zero Tolerance

The following lead to immediate termination without refund, and, where the law requires it, to a report to the competent authorities:

  • Any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor, real or generated, in any style, including material that presents an adult subject as a minor.
  • Sexual content involving a real, identifiable person created without that person's consent, including so-called deepfake pornography and the removal of clothing from an image of a real person.
  • Pornographic and sexually explicit material, and content produced for adult entertainment, escort or sexual services.
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence, or instructing on the manufacture of weapons, explosives or drugs.
  • Malware, phishing kits, credential stuffing tools, or anything else built to compromise systems or accounts.

3. Not Allowed

  • Impersonating a real person or organisation, including synthetic voice or likeness used to make it appear that someone said or did something they did not.
  • Fraud and deception — investment and crypto scams, fake giveaways, counterfeit goods, fabricated news about real events, forged documents or identity papers.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, and content that demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
  • Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
  • Infringing someone else's copyright, trade mark, likeness or other rights, including generating a work in order to pass it off as an existing protected work.
  • Circumventing the technical limits of the Service — scraping, automated abuse, sharing one Account across unrelated users, or attempting to defeat safety filters.

4. Real People, Brands and Existing Works

Where your Input includes a real person, a brand, or someone else's work, you are responsible for holding the rights and permissions needed for what you generate and for how you publish it. Consent from the person depicted is required for any synthetic likeness or voice.

5. Labelling Synthetic Media

Output is machine-generated and may look authentic. If you publish it in a context where people could reasonably take it for a real recording — news, advertising, political communication — say that it is AI-generated. Where the law that applies to you requires disclosure or a technical marker, complying is your responsibility, and you must not remove or obscure any provenance marker we attach.

6. Age

this platform is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an Account, and you must not let a minor use your Account or generate content on their behalf.

7. Sanctions and Restricted Regions

You may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable sanctions, or in a country or region against which comprehensive sanctions apply. You may not make the Service available to any person or entity on a sanctions list.

8. How We Enforce This Policy

We combine automated checks with human review. Depending on the severity and the history of the Account we may warn you, remove content, restrict a feature, throttle or revoke an API key, or terminate the Account. Zero-tolerance breaches skip straight to termination.

Credits and plan benefits lost through termination for a breach are not refunded. If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the notice we sent you and a person will re-examine it.

9. Reporting a Problem

To report content that infringes your rights or breaches this policy, contact us through the channels published on this platform and include: a link or the record number of the content, what is wrong with it, and how we can reach you. For a rights complaint, also tell us what right you hold and confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.

We review reports promptly, remove or restrict content where the report is well founded, and tell the account holder what happened so that they can respond.

10. Relationship to the Terms

This policy supplements the Terms of Service. Where a term is defined in the Terms, it has the same meaning here. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
